Hello! I’m Arnaldo Jiménez (but most people call me AJ). I’m the Senior Creative Manager at Girls Inc, where I’ve had the chance to blend creativity with purpose—crafting stories, campaigns, and visuals that uplift girls and amplify impact.With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I’ve built a career around helping people and am interested in further developing this—especially the youth sector and the LGBTQ+ community—through meaningful, mission-driven work. I’m passionate about art, social work, equity, and using creativity as a tool for change.Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I bring a multicultural lens to everything I do, with a deep love for design, media, fashion, and pop culture.
