In 30 years — starting my career in the R&D division of an internet startup in 1996, through co-founding an offshore delivery centre, to shaping a global enterprise technology vision, to leading multi-million dollar programmes for Fortune 500 companies — every significant thing I have built has outlasted me. I consider that the highest measure of success.Today I am a Managing Director at PwC India, leading Digital Integration in the Bengaluru GCC market, working with some of the world\'s largest technology and consumer companies. Before this, I governed an 8-year offshore technology programme for Fortune 500 global clients across multiple geographies.My career has been defined by being called upon when something high-stakes needed to be built, fixed, rescued or re-imagined: Stepped in above my grade level to lead a PSU programme — chaired a steering committee involving three global technology majors Appointed IT Head of a 550+ headcount multi-country joint venture before it launched — built the entire function from zero Rebuilt an entire delivery capability post-pandemic — and honoured every client commitment Achieved 93% user adoption within 4 months on an enterprise digital transformation Co-authored a 10-year global technology roadmap as the only non-US member of a global architecture teamI have delivered across six sectors — Banking & Financial Services, Telecom, Government, Utilities, Pharma, and Professional Services — across India, the US, UK, EU, Singapore, Bangladesh and Australia. I have mentored 150+ professionals for their high-growth journey; three of my earliest hires now hold CTO, Executive Director and Engineering Principal roles at global firms.
