Design without insight is just decoration.” That principle drives my work.I started my career in decision science, where I learned to uncover behavioral patterns that shape how people use products. At Jumbotail, while optimizing the add to cart flow user-flow, I discovered through A/B testing that two cart buttons actually served different types of customers. Instead of removing one, I collaborated with the Product managers & designers to redesign the layout—shrinking the secondary button to create space for filters—improving both user flows and product discoverability. That was the moment I realized my true calling: using data not just to understand users, but to design for them.For the past three years at Gramiyaa, as the founding designer I partnered closely with the founders and other internal stakeholders, building our design function from zero to a pre–Series A stage. My proudest contribution was leading the design of our traceability web app—a product born from customer analytics. By identifying which information mattered most and structuring it into a clear hierarchy, we built transparency into the buying experience. The result: The on-ground sales team started their pitch with transparency building stronger customer trust and measurable gains in retention in a trust-sensitive F&B market.Alongside product work, I’ve built the full design ecosystem—establishing our brand language, leading packaging and marketing design, and scaling operations by hiring and managing designers, agencies, and contractors. This breadth gave me a holistic view of how design impacts brand, business, and customer experience.Today, I bring the precision of data science and the empathy of human-centered design to every problem I solve. Whether optimizing an interface or architecting a packaging design, I design experiences that are functional, beautiful, and—most importantly—proven to work.

   Owned, Researched, Designed UI/UX and collaborated with developer for Gramiyaa’s Traceability web app, transforming customer analytics into a transparency-driven product that improved retention in the trust-sensitive cold-pressed oils market. Transformed Gramiyaa’s packaging design into a retail first identity system, significantly increasing shelf-visibility and improving information hierarchy on the packaging. Designed end-to-end development of Brand Identity System (Design principles, Colors, Typography, Logo, Icons & Illustration, Layout, etc.) that scaled across digital, print, and retail, ensuring brand consistency and recall.
