Drafting User T&C, Terms of Use and Privacy Policies for launching various programs including Loyalty programs, Affiliate programs, Pre-Paid Ad Services Programs, Seller On-boarding Platforms, AJIO Wallet.6. Drafting customer facing T & Cs for running various online contests on AJIO B2C platform.7. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various private label agreements and brand authorisation letters for AJIO B2C inventory-based e-commerce model.8. Drafting and reviewing of AJIO B2C and B2B platform policies such as Cancellation, Return and Refund Policies, Fees and Payment Policies and Shipping and Delivery Policies and related FAQs.9. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various franchisee agreement for AJIO B2B e-commerce model which covers company owned and franchisee operated (COFO) and franchisee owned and franchisee operated (FOFO) business models. Providing legal guidance to AJIO B2C and B2B teams on changes in the applicable laws impacting business operations including changes in the Legal Metrology rules and compulsory use of Indian Standard on various products categories.
