I am a Team Coordinator with Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN), a leading civic and social organization in India that works to improve the lives and livelihoods of rural communities, especially women. I have over a decade of experience in the field of livelihoods, social inclusion, climate change adaptation, and sustainable food systems. In my current role, I provide technical assistance and policy support to the State Rural Livelihoods Mission (SRLM), creating contextually relevant prototypes and replicable livelihood models for the entire state. I also work with the state MGNREGA Cell and various partner civil society organizations to build a collaborative framework for convergence and mitigation around climate issues, piloting adaptive measures for soil regeneration, water crisis, and agriculture production systems. Additionally, I have strong skills in project management, team building, personnel grooming, and proposal and policy brief development, which help me to lead and support my team and achieve our goals.
