   Responsible for overall Supplier Quality issues from soft tool parts to complete BIW and Doors in Line during production assembly- push supplier to follow the inspection plan made before final dispatch and perform dock audit for open issues as per checklist CTQ\'s-Technical inspection/audit of the BIW’s for Spot welds, MIG welding, Studs and mounting points holes as per CAD data for other commodities critical during build-Raise DCR and submit rework instructions to Build team for any deviation change from suppliers-Review Quality reports like CMM, Ultrasonic, weld penetration, tear down test report for weekly meetings assessment with supplier. CAPA reports for all the open NC’s for interim, permanent action and involve in supplier development and training activities-Analyze the Root cause during Proto build for NC’s and complaints and understand the cause of the problem and give necessary actions, validate solutions to engineering team for development in next Proto phase mature design-Brainstorming overall NC’s, quality issues, noncompliance during proto build for next mature proto phase with Engineering design team for improvement-Raise quality issue concern to supplier, find out the real cause and solve with engineering team changing the Design.
