This endeavor has provided insights into India\'s recycling industry, particularly in Chennai, and has led to the examination of various possibilities for utilizing abandoned low-cost alternatives to conventional building materials.6. Quality Control: Trained under ISO 17025 standards, I successfully navigated NABL audits and delivered over 200 geotechnical investigation reports for different sites, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards.7. Training Experience: With a history of training over 100 individuals in geotechnical testing, I recently conducted a specialized program for 16 delegates focused on advanced geotechnical testing techniques, organized by the Deep Foundation Institute.

In my current role, I have had the opportunity to gain exposure in two distinct domains: operations and research. In operations, I played a pivotal role in establishing Asia\'s largest geotechnical lab in Surat for a prestigious bullet train project. Leading a team of over 60 technicians, I managed extensive geotechnical testing requirements, handled client interactions, and adeptly managed strict deadlines. Beyond technical proficiency, this experience honed my skills in man management, leadership, and communication. I underwent training in ISO-17025 for lab management and testing activities, overseeing the delivery of over 200 reports for sites nationwide as part of quality control initiatives. In the realm of research, I delved into pioneering projects such as plastic concrete mix design, cost-effective high-rise retaining wall design, and efficient foam application for TBM operations. Working on these projects offered me fresh insights, particularly in plastic concrete, a flexible yet low-strength material utilized in dam cutoff wall construction. Currently, I am focused on exploring the widespread application of construction and demolition waste in geotechnical practices. In addition to my core research responsibilities, I serve as an internal geotechnical consultant for various projects and have conducted over 10 training sessions on geotechnical testing.
