PCR implementation in bottles as well as caps, successfully launched Nivea Men Shower Range in May, 2025 in Indian Market.* Driving Value Engineering initiatives across Body category globally- re-designing of specification of tubes (Co-ex & Lami) & transition to cost effective solutions i.e. Co-ex to Lami Technology transition (cost saving initiative) of tubes. Launched Even tone lotions in SEA market in Q4 2024.* Supporting Global Tube PST team- designing one global tube specification (Harmonization of the tube spec across globe with all strategic supplier & improving recyclability, Recyclable Laminated Tube implementation), assessing supplier capabilities & implementing the spec globally.* Collaborated with cross-functional teams to to ensure product quality and safety and to identify optimization opportunities and streamline packaging development processes.* Working with upstream Innovation team & Global Method Development in order to bring efficiency in R&D testing methods & reduce resources by proving the equivalence of different grades used for tubes across the globe.
