My goal is to be an advocate for you at all stages of life and a shoulder to lean on as life is filled with its ups and downs.Landing my first job at 14 years old, I learned from my parents the importance of saving and being discipline in doing so. Growing up in inner city, I grew an early passion of wanting to help others in many factors. 2017, my sophomore year of college, I realized that I needed more money and stepped into the medical field caring for hemodialysis patients as a licensed Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician.After being a tech for 4 years and approaching graduation, I realized that it was time to find opportunities in the business world I could thrive in. Searching online and attending many career fairs, I captured an opportunity at a Top 10 internship program. Within a year’s times, I managed to help many families and while doing so, completed many significant milestones within the business including being ranked #31 in the country out of interns.I\'ve since advanced in leadership being the first African American Growth & Development Director in my network office. I recruit financial representatives and advisors, coach and mentor. Big picture, I am striving to change the trajectory of the finance industry by seeking out diverse talent to start a career to change the lives of others in a very impactful way. In this career, my mission is to impact lives. I\'m passionate about educating people on the areas they can thrive in to build a stable financial future for themselves and their families. Leading by example is how I inspire my peers and my clients to take action to achieve their goals.
