In a unique dual role, I\'m leveraging my extensive knowledge in both UX research and design, leading the global evaluative research roadmap for Project Kuiper, helping bring satellite internet solutions to consumer and enterprise users worldwide, especially in unserved and underserved rural regions.\\\\n\\\\n* As the first UX Researcher hired for the project, working closely with the Global Head of Kuiper User Experience, building the Kuiper research program from the ground up.\\\\n* Establishing a rolling B2C user research program for Project Kuiper to assess the usability, feasibility, and desirability of early design concepts, uncover unmet user needs, and refine requirements and improve designs based on feedback.\\\\n* Leading B2C research studies, conducting E2E user research and successfully recruiting 200+ participants across 13 countries using various research techniques, including interviews, usability studies, user journey mapping, card sorting, etc.\\\\n* Conducting comprehensive user research studies from study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, to reporting, handling multiple projects efficiently.\\\\n* Working with cross-functional teams, including Eng, Design, PM, Industrial Design, & Marketing, to influence the product roadmap and ensure business-user alignment.\\\\n* Guiding selection of the best research methods for ongoing research questions in a fast-paced environment, and transforming user insights into strategic actions.\\\\n* Presenting research findings through compelling reports, impacting product decisions.\\\\n\\\\nDesign Contributions\\\\n* Delivering various design assets, including wireframes, user stories, user journeys, & interactive prototypes for mobile app.\\\\n* Leading design review meetings and presenting artifacts to cross-functional teams.\\\\n* Worked hand-in-hand with the lead B2C UX Designer to create storyboards, capturing the complete user journey for Kuiper desktop and mobile app.\\\\n* Cross-pollinated design concepts through partnerships with other Amazon teams.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
