Built and implemented the whole HR service for business in accordance with the company\'s strategy and needs- recruitment – built the full-circle recruitment process, hiring for IT and technical roles – developers, consultants, CAE-CAD-CAM engineer, construction engineer, QA, analysts, solution architects, back-office. Metrics: last 4 years more than 80% of employees successfully passed the probation period; the average time to close a vacancy (from the date of opening to the first working day) is 5-6 weeks; case – I hired 30 newcomers (IT and manufacturing) within five months in a high-growth period- retaining key employees: in 20••••21 the average rate was 90% per year; in 2022 this rate dropped to 70% per year because of 2022- in-house consulting and day-to-day support for business leaders on issues such as organizational design, promotion, recruitment, labor market, risk management, total rewards system, retaining and terminating employees- supporting business in tackling with specific problems: mobilization, relocation, burnout, remote working- Additionally: outplacement, internal communication (intranet, email, corporate celebrates), performance review. In 2020 I initiated and administrated changes to the organizational design of company, which included the stock options program.

I have always loved working with people. Since 2007, I have been engaged with various communities across different spheres- At my alma mater, I organized and developed a volunteer community where talented students led charity events (20••••09)- At the Center for Methodological Psychology in Tatarstan, I expanded my experience in community organizing and helped extend it to accountable organizations throughout Tatarstan (20••••11)- As the head of a charity program at RUSAL in Moscow, I gained valuable experience working with talent managers in a global corporation (20••••14).
