Awarded American Banker’s 2025 Innovation of the Year – Cybersecurity & Fraud.Building a World-Class Engineering Team:One of my primary responsibilities was assembling a highly skilled and motivated engineering team that aligned with Digital Disbursement\'s vision and goals. Through a rigorous recruitment process and careful evaluation, we handpicked exceptional talents, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.Process Optimization and Platform Enhancements:To meet the high SLA requirements, I spearheaded the establishment of streamlined processes that optimized our development, testing, and deployment procedures. We diligently identified and addressed bottlenecks, resulting in improved efficiency and faster time-to-market for our products and services.Achieving SOC II Certification:Information security is critical to our business.
