Collaborate with and steward a 12-member Board of Directors and a broad group of internal and external stakeholders and champions, including government leaders to strengthen and sustain public funding. Build strong investor relationships ensuring the organization has the resources to execute on strategy and maintain a healthy financial outlook. Lead a talented team of 25+ employees to internalize the organizational vision and strategy, manage business functions, and execute against goals, rooted in core values and DEI commitment. Monitor performance, operations and business practices to ensure compliance with investor, regulatory and legal requirements. Lead and steward team culture and promote transparency and collaboration throughout the organization. Represent TFA at events and in the media to strengthen the brand and communicate the organization’s message.
