Guide the Team’s operations by Facilitating and supporting all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines- Coaching the Scrum team on how to get the most out of self-organization, cross- functional skillset and how to better communicate both internally and externally- Guide the team on how to remove their own impediments when appropriate. This protects them from external distractions thus increases their effectiveness in the organization- Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters in our Community of Practice to grow within the role- Increase team performance by comparing the commitment vs completion rate of my teams velocity at the end of every sprint, to understand if we over or under committed and take appropriate actions- Perform the end to end process for quarterly reporting for the FRY-9C and CALL report schedules- Prepare organizational change reports like the FRY-6,7,10, Form 13H- When thresholds are met, I dig into the report to identify the main driver and then provide variance analysis in the report- Prepare country exposure reports like the FFIEC 009/009a and created edit checks within the report to catch any reporting errors before it goes for first review- Detail review and interpretation of regulatory reporting instructions and attend BPI forums with peer banks to better understand changes in instructions before training data providers and team members- Work with third party like KPMG during our automation process to summarize reporting instructions and create key data elements which were used during the automation process in Axiom- Prepare monthly capital, RWA and CFTC regulatory reporting schedules (regulatory capital minimum, derivatives exposure).
