About Armando Bustamante

My name is Armando X. Bustamante. I hold a bachelor\'s degree (BS) in Accounting from the University of Central Florida (UCF). In addition, I currently hold a masters degree (MS) in Management Information Systems (MISM) with a concentration in Programming/Data Administration and Management from Keller Graduate School Of Management Of Devry University. I completed the MIS Master\'s program because of my passion for Information Technology, especially Programming and Database Management (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.). Furthermore, I am currently pursuing the UCF SAS Data Mining Certification to expand my knowledge further with Data Mining Technologies.I have utilized a myriad of tools in order to automate multiple processes to optimize efficiency in operations. For example, I have utilized SQL Server 20••••12, Oracle (TOAD), and MySQL to generate dynamic reports for the business to acquire real time accurate data. In addition I had to administer databases to ensure the data is properly backed up and that the performance of all data extractions are efficient. I have also provided solutions where I had to utilize server-side scripts like Windows Scripting/VB Scripting/Powershell (on Windows servers), and Python (on Linux servers) in order to automate manual processes to minimize user-errors and perform my tasks more efficiently. In addition, I also utilized Visual Studios 20••••15 (using C# and VB.NET) to build Graphical User Interfaces to provide solutions for the business. Finally, I have also worked directly with commercial off the shelf applications, as an engineer and a liaison, to identify incidents as well as collaborate with customers and vendors to implement solutions.
