Sr. Analyst Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Xylem, Inc - Goulds Water Technology - Direct Support to the Director of Operations Supervisor for Quality Control - Inspection, Metrology, and Product Final inspection Analyze failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to respond to customer complaints. • Supervise and manage the daily workload of a team of quality inspectors. • Root cause analysis and verification of CAPA programs • Manage suppliers\' performance and conduct audits. Ensure timely resolution of supplier non-conformances, including corrective/preventive actions. • Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system. Conduct audits, data analysis audits, finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. Engineering & Business Management • Interface with engineering and operations to ensure transfer to production of new products are in accordance with approved data. • Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall activities of the receiving, process, and outgoing quality functions. • Create and maintain company quality management system and management system audit ISO 9001:2015 • Responsible for the continued development of the receiving, in-process, and final inspection team.
