The world is always changing, especially when it comes to energy. I enjoy being a compassionate communicator and a solid generalist that can focus at a deep level on the topics I\'m passionate about. Today, that topic is reliable clean energy access and program implementation. Now, that\'s a tall order that will require a vast array of diverse communities to share ideas, deliver impactful projects, and help create our energy futures. I thrive in a space where I can connect with others, learn, and move us forward towards action.After a career start in lighting controls, I joined the utility industry in 2018, specializing in workforce development and incentive program development around C&I Lighting.I have since managed a microgrid and DER pilot. and helped advance market transformation at my utility\'s building electrification resource hub focusing on education, demonstrations, and program development aiming at decarbonization and tackling climate change. Currently I manage the efficiency incentive program implementation team at City Light with the best team of Energy Management Analysts I could ask for. Getting a chance to work directly with building owners, their facility managers, and trade allies keeps us grounded in the real work and we bridge our utility\'s offerings to our territory. Let\'s collaborate and build together!Also very interested in mental health energy topics for individuals and communities to grow beyond the struggles that face us - will be an active listener on these discussions. The Program Delivery team at Seattle City Light promotes and delivers the utility’s portfolio of demand-side management programs to its commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional customers. We deliver value to these customers in the form of funding, partnership, and objective subject matter expertise to suppor their energy goals. These programs deliver cost-effective energy conservation (kWh) to the utility (a least-cost resource) as part of its Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and in support of state-level I-937 compliance.
