   My role is to ensure the smooth running of the several divisions of the agency, including opening our new Law Firm Marketing division \"The Digital Esquire Agency\" in 2023. As of 2021, I helped the agency expand from Florida into Texas, managing to surpass our existing Florida portfolio in the first 6 months of operations. I have also been tasked with the expansion of the agency in personnel, area of operations and services offered, helping the agency transition from a social media agency to a video production agency with social media focus. My proudest achievement has been successfully expanding into the \"clickfunnel\" advertising sector for our clients. I created a strategy where we offered a free social media video ad for our existing clients with a 1 month ad campaign to create a successful portfolio before transitioning most of our clients into our new \"clickfunnel\" video ad packages for a higher revenue, as well as attracting new customers that found our work and wanted to replicate results for their business.
