Alongside the President of ISP Design, I manage internal office operations, create project schedules, coordinate with the design teams, assign and oversee tasks for each design phase, and ensure that all deadlines are met successfully. I assist design teams in anything they need to thrive, holding the space for them to be accountable for their alignment with what they are creating. I review the projects during design progress and before issuance, ensuring they carry the proper information and specifications. I also coordinate with the procurement team and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
