Preparation of workpacks for inspection campaigns which includes preparation of work instructions for scoped equipment, and draft Job Risk Assessments.• Liaise with inspection planners regarding site preparation requirements and their completion prior to crew mobilisation• Work with planners/schedulers to make sure planning activities meet client requirements • Communicate with contractors (Inspection, Fabric Maintenance, and Engineering) to understand resource requirements and feed this to planners to update SAP system for upcoming campaigns • Conduct kick-off meetings to ensure inspectors understand specified inspection scope • Support execution team during inspection campaigns • Review inspection and NDT reports and provide feedback to execution team • Review and update asset integrity management system (NEXUS IC) by adding inspection data, creating findings and anomalies, and anomaly actions • Generate reports in NEXUS IC to track the status of inspection workpacks • Raise notifications for anomaly actions in CMMS system (SAP) • Review and update SAP notifications/work orders after completion of scopes• Prepare Final Engineering Reports for inspection campaigns • Conduct remaining life assessments for piping and pressure vessels • Communicate critical issues with Enermech Senior Integrity Engineer and Contract Manager as well as Client Engineering Team to ensure minimal impact to inspection campaigns • Supporting and fulfilling responsibilities of the Senior Integrity Engineer when requested by management in order to meet KPIs during busiest periods of Turnarounds and normal operations • Technical support to Engineering team during FPSO drydock activities • Mentor and support Graduate Engineers in completing Engineering tasks assigned to them
