ABOUT ARMAN MAHMOUDIAN
I earned my Ph.D. in Politics and International Affairs at the University of South Florida (USF). Currently, I am serving as a research fellow at the USF Global and National Security Institute and as an adjunct professor at the USF Judy Genshaft Honors College. Given my background, including a Bachelor\'s degree in Law from Iran’s Islamic Azad University of Tehran and a Master\'s degree in International Relations from Russia’s Peoples\' Friendship University of Russia, my professional lectures and research focus on Russia and the Middle East. I have published my work in reputable outlets such as Foreign Policy, National Interest, Atlantic Council, the Stimson Center, and the Harvard Journal of Middle Eastern Politics & Policy. I have also been featured as a commentator on Al-Jazeera, the BBC, Le Monde, Deutsche Welle, The Christian Science Monitor, Freie Presse, Schwäbische, Die Presse, Augsburger Allgemeine, Al Hurra, and other outlets.
