I have over 15 years of experience working in vendor management, purchasing operations and e-commerce. Currently, I work as the Head of Vendor Management at Amazon, leading 5 senior vendor managers among the fashion categories Apparel, Shoes, Luggage, Eyewear and Watches. I worked as a people manager in several international roles over 10 years, and led teams up to 20 direct reports. I\'m deeply passionate about delivering the best customer experience by offering the relevant selection and availability, and a strong shopping journey with strong features & refinements. I am experienced in Strategic Vendor Relationship/Performance Management, including vendor negotiations, pricing, promotions and inventory management. I love taking opportunities with ownership to represent the organization in a global environment, which requires complex and tough negotiations, and my ability to stay calm in stressful environments is a relevant super-power. I love sponsoring and building programs for the growth of the organization. Currently, I lead a country-level training program with over 250+ customers varying from newcomers to executive managers, and my duties include SMEship assignments, structuring workstreams, organizing live and online trainings, insightful speeches from international leaders, OJD programs, coaching and mentoring.
