About Arlyne Vaghari

I am a current student at Lafayette College, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government & Law with a minor in English; I have a keen interest in project-based initiatives. I am the Director of Traditions at Lafayette Activities Forum, where I lead a team of eight committee members and manage a yearly budget of over dollars for dozens of campus events and activities. In my current role, I direct and coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events and initiatives that enhance the campus culture and student engagement. I work with multiple stakeholders, such as the college administration, the local community, and the vendors, to ensure that the events comply with the policies and procedures of both the college and Easton, PA. I also use my skills in research and client services to negotiate contracts, handle claims, and resolve issues that may arise during the events. Through my previous internship at The Kasen Law Firm, I gained valuable exposure to the legal industry and its technical terms and concepts, as well as the opportunity to shadow lawyers and attend internal and external events. I am passionate about creating memorable and meaningful experiences for the students and the community, and I believe that I can bring a diverse and innovative perspective to the team.
