Extensive experience in Computer System Validation (CSV), GMP compliance, Data Integrity, and ALCOA++ execution.She has substantial knowledge of the commissioning and qualification process, quality assurance procedures, and Safety assessments. In addition, she has executed a full cycle validation for multiple systems in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Arlene has led teamwork executions and managed CAPEX projects for the engineering department. Arlene has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. She completed an Internship to reduce the conversion time of a batch reactor in a Chemical Plant located in Guayama, PR.She has volunteered as President of her community for two years, where she led a 1M project to Remodel the Facilities Structure of the community. She integrated an automatic accounting system for the community. She helped the community by restructuring management providers.Arlene developed and structured a business in the restaurant industry located in Old San Juan, PR. She created the branding and concept. In addition, she managed the restaurants for over ten years with an average staff of fifteen employees. Arlene has a Vocational Certification in Sales and Marketing.
