ABOUT ARLENE ARISME-HUNT

Instructional Designer utilizing 9 years of expertise in training development and a foundation in behavioral psychology to create learner-centered solutions. My design process is built on a foundation of collaboration and deep understanding of organizational dynamics and expectations. I have utilized ADDIE, SAM and backward design to create tailored, effective, and engaging learning solutions that emphasize iterative development, learner-centered design, and alignment with clear learning objectives and outcomes. My passion for instructional design stems from my background in social work and public administration, where I gained cross-industry experience in training teams of 3-200+ adults through various modalities leveraging adult learning theory and needs analysis. I have also facilitated interactive Virtual Instructor-Led trainings (vILTs) for groups of 25+ and Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) for 100+ leveraging instructional design methodologies to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
