Instructional Designer utilizing 9 years of expertise in training development and a foundation in behavioral psychology to create learner-centered solutions. My design process is built on a foundation of collaboration and deep understanding of organizational dynamics and expectations. My passion for instructional design stems from my background in social work and public administration, where I gained cross-industry experience in training teams of 3-200+ adults through various modalities leveraging adult learning theory and needs analysis.
