I am Global Head of the Technology Transactions Practice at White & Case LLP. As a partner within the Firm\'s Global M&A Group and Global Intellectual Property Group, I am a transactional attorney who represents clients in a variety of intellectual property and technology matters, including licenses, joint development agreements and the IP aspects of private equity, M&A and other corporate transactions.I am currently a member of the Firm\'s Global Women’s Initiative and Technology Industry Group. I was formerly Chair of the Firm’s Global Diversity Committee, Co-Chair of the NY Women’s Initiative, Co-Chair of the NY Summer Program, and member of the Firm\'s Financial Investments Committee.
