I am a Travel Advisor seeking to help clients create memorable experiences around the world, without the stress. I founded Trekstar LLC to be your personal travel-planning partner for vacations and adventures.I am also a Project Manager and nonprofit professional leading initiatives in community-based organizations in urban communities. As a Digital Equity Advocate, I seek to promote equitable access to technology by addressing social inequalities that persist among disadvantaged communities. I provide 1:1 tutoring to older adults in basic computer technology, and am open to positions in the digital inclusion field. I am a firm believer in the essential role of mentorship in empowering youth and have been involved with several mentoring organizations in the New York metropolitan area.

As Project Manager for the Empowerment Division, I lead onboarding initiatives to train all Empowerment new hires in protocols through facilitating digital group workshops. I coordinate with RiseBoro’s administrative team and the IT Department on providing technology to staff, ensuring staff are adequately trained with up-to-date Empowerment systems, and any new IT initiatives are successfully implemented. I lead the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects, often focusing on coordinating staff resource, new funding/contracts, and implementing processes to ensure new projects are operating. I collaborate with the RB Development and Marketing Team to utilize various platforms to create, develop, and implement innovative promotional strategies to showcase Empowerment social services. I also manage the SYEP internship process for all Empowerment sites; supervise all SYEP interns and volunteers. I work closely with the Director of Operations to develop, implement and maintain reporting tools such as spreadsheets, graphs, and dashboards. Additionaly, I lead the Racial Equity Working Group in collaboration with the Racial Equity Manager. The group pushes forward RiseBoro’s recommendations developed alongside the Center for Urban and Racial Equity (CURE)
