Arlene Schneir is a manager with over 40 years of experiencing developing youth-specific model programs in the areas of youth homelessness, adolescent pregnancy, HIV prevention and treatment, substance abuse prevention, intimate partner abuse, transgender health, and trauma and she has been active in advocacy and policy-making bodies in the adolescent health arena locally and nationally. Ms. Schneir has developed and implemented national scope training and technical assistance services.
