I am an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) leader with more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing safety and risk management programs across manufacturing, construction, maritime, and government operations. As a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), I specialize in OSHA compliance, enterprise risk mitigation, incident investigation, and safety culture development across multi-site organizations. Throughout my career I have led large safety programs supporting thousands of employees while partnering with operational leaders to integrate safety into business strategy. My background includes corporate safety leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, root cause analysis, workers’ compensation management, and safety performance improvement initiatives. Prior to entering corporate safety leadership, I served in the United States Air Force where I held operational and safety leadership roles supervising large teams and supporting mission-critical operations. This experience shaped my leadership style and commitment to building strong, proactive safety cultures. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Risk and Insurance and remain passionate about advancing workplace safety, strengthening organizational resilience, and developing high-performing safety programs.
