ABOUT ARLENE MCDOWELL

Arlene has been a member of CFC in Belfast for more than 30 years. She is currently an Elder, and serves on the Prayer Ministry teams. As Executive Pastor, Arlene is extensively involved in looking after the financial and operational aspects of church life, as well as developing a healthy organisational culture. Prior to working at Christian Fellowship Church, Arlene was a senior management consultant and has over 17 years’ consultancy experience. To date she has worked with more than 800 businesses on a one-to-one basis. She is an accredited business adviser and trainer, and a qualified executive/business coach. In 2016 she also graduated as an Enhanced C-IQ Coach. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs of international organisations. Her work has covered many areas including: leadership and management development, sales and marketing, export development, business planning, business growth, people management, financial planning, organisational development and executive coaching. She has been actively involved with both private organisations and public sector led programmes, and has worked with companies from all across Ireland. As a trainer she has written and delivered business workshops to numerous groups and individuals on a variety of topics. She has delivered training at QUB on Enterprise, and at post-graduate level on leadership and management.
