Manage and administer all leave of absence and accommodation claims for Dealer Tire, Sonsio and Simple Tire. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations to consult, advise and recommend to management on issues related to ADA interactive process, reasonable accommodations, fitness for duty examinations and medical separations. Produce weekly reports for management and leave vendor. Assist in translating for the People Dept as needed.
