As the responsible systems engineer for the integrated vehicle element of one of the United States DoD\'s most critical capability development programs, I serve as a technical leader in direct support of the program Chief Engineer\'s office, in parallel with the responsible senior management team. I am responsible for coordinated leadership across all vehicle functional product teams to deliver their integrated products at unprecedented speed with the precision and reliability expected of our corporation. To provide effective technical leadership in this role, I regularly interface with the Structures, Propulsion, Ordnance, Controls, Avionics, Harnessing, Systems Engineering, Test & Evaluation, Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations teams. Given the broad scope of my role, exceptional leadership skills are required to ensure multidisciplinary collaboration is occurring in alignment with the programmatic needs of the broader organization.
