I\'ve spent the last decade building a career in human resources and became inseperable after a successful co-op opportunity from college. I started my career working for employment center agencies (funded by Employment Ontario) to help unemployed Ontarians get back to work in meaningful roles. This involved career coaching, on the job training, and recruitment. Over the course of my career, I have spent a considerable amount of time recruiting, with a heavy focus on the skilled trades. Recently I have transitioned away from recruiting and now focus on improving the end-to-end onboarding process at OPG for new hires.
