Led implementation of a centralized global preference center and cookie consent management platform to mitigate risks associated with customers that are not in compliance with global privacy and regulatory requirements, which developed trust with customers, improved governance, and enabled privacy-safe customer engagement in line with GDPR and CCPA guidelines.
