I have 15 years of experience in working in premier tech/financial organisations including 10+ years of people leadership and team management experience. Over the course of my career I have acquired hands on knowledge of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/GenAI, financial analytics and digital/social marketing skill sets. Currently working in an exciting role with Amazon in the capacity of a data science leader managing Amazon Payment Products. Successfully completed a Leadership Excellence curriculum conducted by Harvard Business School. I have deep understanding and several years of experience in Payments space on customer lifecycle, including acquisition, loyalty analytics, cross-sell/up-sell targeting, early tenure, retention/anti-attrition treatments. Recently ramped up on Agentic AI deliverables including Text to SQL/Metrics solutions and marketing automation leveraging Amazon Bedrock, RAG techniques, Lambda function etc. Worked hands on, on PnL forecasting and financial simulations. Strong analytical background academically as well as experience of working on machine learning techniques like SVM, Random Forest, Gradient Boosted trees (XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM), Neural Networks, K-NN, Naïve-Bayes, K-means clustering etc. Fluent in traditional modelling techniques like Logistic regression/Linear regression.
