Conducting required testing and lab activities meeting Health Canada Good Production Practice and Cronos QMS in support of manufacturing and new projects across all sites, including but not limited to raw materials testing, in-process control testing, finished product testing and product development samples testing, maintenance and troubleshooting on analytical instrument under minimal supervision.Executing lab OOS/OOT/OOE investigations and deviations under the QC Manager\'s or senior member\'s guidance, assisting QA on quality incident investigations.Preparing SOPs, STMs, instrument and equipment IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports. Conducting data documentation, interpretation, and review, creating, and revising Certificates of Analysis, Analytical Reports, and other technical documents, communicating and reporting results to internal and external stakeholders, as required.Conduct method verification and validation under the guidance of the QC Manager or senior team member.Coordinate stability projects and product development projects pertaining to cultivation, extraction, and new cannabis product development, assist data analysis and study protocol and report preparation. Conduct qualification testing of utilities, vendors, and equipment and participate in validation activities, including process validation, cleaning validation, or methods validation, as required.Work as an effective team member to meet departmental goals, provide technical troubleshooting support or training to other team members where appropriate, and assist in training staff in instrumentation and procedures according to internal SOPs.Promote and ensure safe and clean lab operations and perform departmental tasks such as cleaning, supply ordering, etc. Ensure that the Employee Training Logbook is maintained and updated as required. Must work in compliance with the established company policies of the Health and Safety Act.
