ABOUT ARJUN TAHEEM

I am a Android Developer with a keen interest in understanding the customer and why we build our products. Currently I\'m working at Monument Bank where I\'m continuing to learn and innovate by leading implementation of the best practices built from years of experience.I\'ve worked tirelessly to implement various new development practices in Monument and led the development of a Design System including the entire architecture and implementation as well as a variety of new features such as a Premium Membership within a short time period.I\'ve been lucky enough to work on a variety of different projects in Ocado ranging from all areas of the app from Home, Search, Orders and Checkout but most recently I\'ve been part of a feature team focusing in on the Search area of the app.In that Time I\'ve been working on releasing multiple features from discovery to release, product demos and participating in discoveries. I\'ve worked in an environment which strongly encouraged pair programming and discussed architecture of the solution so that we build the right product.On top of all this, I\'ve constantly sought out missions outside of my main role in helping promote better UX, helping with getting non feature work into our roadmap and helping facilitate the Android chapter.
