About Arjun Mehrotra

I work at Pravaig as a Partnerships and Business Associate, reporting directly to Head of Global Sales and working with the senior management team on client-facing and internal work. I represent the company at engagements with important partners and clients, and work on strategic initiatives and international expansion efforts. I have coordinated efforts on projects across teams internally and managed interns.I pursued a Master\'s degree in China Studies as a Yenching Scholar, a highly selective fellowship / full scholarship, at the Yenching Academy at Peking University. I compared Indian and Chinese electric vehicle companies for my thesis. I previously studied at Georgetown University\'s School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. Given my international upbringing (Bangalore, Dubai, and Singapore) and my deep interest in international affairs, political economy, and geopolitics, I was a Regional and Comparative Studies major focusing on geoeconomics in Asia, along with an honors certificate in International Business Diplomacy. As a Mortara Undergraduate Research Fellow, I worked with Dr. Charles Kupchan as a Research Assistant for his book \"Isolationism: A History of America\'s Efforts to Shield Itself from the World\". My policy relevant experience includes internships at the Brookings Institution, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), the Atlantic Council, the Government of Maharashtra Chief Minister\'s Office, and Invest India (Ministry of Commerce and Industry). I have also worked on research on U.S-India relations as an SFS Junior Centennial Fellow under Ambassador Richard Verma (former U.S. Ambassador to India).I am based in Bengaluru. Outside work, I serve as a Georgetown University Alumni Interviewer and part of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers community (will serve as the Vice Curator of the Bengaluru II Hub from July 2025 onwards).
