   Prototyped an ‘Operational P&L’ model in ‘Python’ that translates highly aggregated financial levers into granular operational levers used for decision making on the ground. Additionally, acting as the business liaison between Head of Capacity and a data engineering team to productionize the same on Azure Cloud-Leading ‘Project IBI (Integrated Business Intelligence)’ strategy and product roadmap development. The project will eliminate data silos and reduce reporting wastage across the company. Goal is to deliver 5 key reports before the end of the year built end to end on Power BI & Microsoft Azure Data Platform. Managing a team of 3 data engineers and 2 data analysts to build and/or migrate existing reports across multiple functions (Finance, Planning, Staffing & Hiring)-Built the ‘Global Capacity Planning Tool’ in ‘MS Excel’ and led the implementation of the same across North America, Europe and Asia. The tool automates and ensures consistent information flow between the sales, project delivery, finance and staffing teams while also reducing the quarterly planning cycle from 10 days to 3 days-Drive change management across the organization, from client facing teams to internal teams, with respect to implementing the above mentioned strategy. Involves socializing the new data assets with end users and establishing security & data governance-Collaborated with a small 5-member Integration Task Force to assist newly integrated >$1 Billion Publicis Sapient North America business unit in portfolio planning. Turned data into insights for the C-Suite to make key business decisions such as investment allocations and workforce planning-Setup unified and consistent reporting practices (ex: Forecast reporting, Revenue Guidance planning, Budgeting planning) across disparate systems during the above mentioned integration. Setup reporting tools in place for the weekly leadership operations call and leadership QBRs.
