In my 20 years of experience, a good mix of people and circumstances have forged and allowed me to apply my agile mindset, holistic values, disciplined principles, and validated practices to manage change, people, process, and programs. The last year or so has allowed me to move from defensive(risk management, compliance) work to an offensive position where I get to score more points on less touches. Instead of grabbing rebounds, I\'m enabling AI workflows. I no longer manage risk, I hunt it.Core competencies are what they\'ve always been but with a lot more focus on AI.
