   Designed for multiple verticals within Zomato Hyperpure, spanning consumer, Supply chain management, and Delivery agent apps — ensuring consistency across user-facing and operational tools- Led the redesign for Coupons Corner concept, conducting a full UX audit and conceptual overhaul to improve discovery and redemption flows- Delivered end-to-end designs for Festive Homepage, Exigency banners, and Storefronts (Sushi & Pizza), driving visual consistency and engagement across campaigns- Improved transparency and usability in the STO Management System and CPC Inward Flow, streamlining complex warehouse processes for ground teams- Defined UX flows for Slot Abuse Prevention and Delivery Agent Incentive Management, reducing friction and improving accuracy in payout and delivery validation- Created the Delivery agent App Offers & Banner System, enabling dynamic communication for on-ground delivery teams through clear, contextual UI- Designed and tested multiple consumer app components including Ratings flow, Frequently Bought Together revamp, and Delivery Slot selection, improving clarity and decision-making during purchase- Delivered admin dashboard visuals and festive header layouts for brand and product consistency across web and app experiences- Collaborated closely with PMs, developers, and ops stakeholders to validate design decisions in live environments — ensuring designs held up under real-world constraints- Recognized for fast iteration, design hygiene, and ability to translate operational and business complexity into intuitive, actionable user experiences.
