At the JetSynthesys Group, I serve as an In-house Legal Counsel, driving legal strategy at the intersection of esports, gaming, music, celebrity management, live events, and digital marketing.I provide legal and business support to the assigned divisions and their strategic business units (SBUs), interfacing with sales, engineering, product, finance, supply chain, and related functions.Report to and collaborate closely with the COO, CFO, CSO on significant global matters affecting the enterprise.Represent SBUs cross-functionally with internal stakeholders from Global Music Junction, JetAlive, JetSkyesports, and HR to advise on business-compliant legal solutions, commercial pursuits, contract strategies, and commercial risk mitigation.Review, draft, and negotiate multi-million-dollar agreements including MSAs, SOWs, Licensing & Distribution Agreements, Artist Agreements, Release Forms & Addendums, NDAs, Staffing, Consulting & Recruitment Agreements, EULAs for e-sports tournaments and platform usage; manage enforcement actions, and legal service providers.Enhancement our proprietary CMS by collaborating to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and streamline the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
