As a competent professional with over 9.7 years of experience in process improvement, auditing quality, and information security management systems. My expertise includes risk management, planning and execution of internal audits, non-conformance management, and customer complaint handling. I have also implemented QMS/ISMS procedures and developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in coordination with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.In my current role, I am responsible for coordinating with the certifying body and representing the management during certification and surveillance audits. I plan and execute MRM in accordance with ISO certification requirements and prepare audit plans and programs, conduct internal information security and quality audits, and write non-conformance reports.Additionally, I am responsible for organizing meetings with cross-functional teams for identifying management system objectives and targets, and providing organization-wide awareness on information security and quality management systems.
