   Supervise end-to-end production operations across multiple departments including Rawa unit, Tukadi Unit, Rice Flour Unit, and Diamond Unit. •Handle manpower planning, shift allocation and workforce supervision for multi-department operations. •Manage raw material coordination for the rice flour unit by sourcing rice grits and fine rice from internal rice processing plant. •Maintain stock control finished goods, and by-products; ensure proper documentation and reporting. •Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure compliance with quality parameters, hygiene, and food safety standards. •Coordinate fumigation activities by informing PRI teams to maintain grain safety and pest control standards. •Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination and adherence to SOPs and safety norms.
