ABOUT ARJUN PAI

I’m a Sports & Event Management graduate (B.Sc.) from UE Berlin, with a strong passion for fitness, live events, and community-driven sport. During my studies, I also had the privilege of serving as Captain of the University Football Team, an experience that shaped my leadership style and ability to manage teams under pressure.I spent one year at HYROX 365, where I worked across multiple areas of the business supporting the launch of the world’s first HYROX Performance Center in Berlin, assisting with HYROX race-day operations, managing volunteer teams, and conducting market research to support strategic growth. During this time, I earned my HYROX Level 1 Coaching License and participated in the HYROX Level 1 Graduates Workshop at FIBO Cologne, deepening my understanding of the global functional fitness ecosystem.I’m currently a Junior Project Manager at the HYROX Academy, where I help build and scale education systems for the global coaching community. My role focuses on developing HYROX Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 certifications, as well as additional coach education programs. I’m also involved in the planning and delivery of major international events, including annual summits such as the HYROX Coaches Summit at Twickenham, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact learning experiences.I’m driven by hands-on project management, coach education, sports events, and performance-based communities. I enjoy turning ideas into structured programs, bringing people together through sport, and contributing to experiences that create long-term value for athletes, coaches, and brands.
