Protein Modeling Subteam Member- Use AI-based computational biology tools such as RFdiusion, ProteinMPNN, and AlphaFold2 and protein modeling software like Rosetta to investigate protein structure and interactions and to design proteins to better optimize their stability, binding, or function- The proteins we design and model will integrally contribute to UW iGEM’s project which will compete internationally at iGEM, a Synthetic Biology competition.
