As an Executive in security department at Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL), I handle all security operations in one of the busiest airports in India, ensuring compliance with the regulatory and safety standards. With a B.Tech. degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, I have a strong background in aviation and airport management.In my current role, I collaborate with various stakeholders and agencies, such as the CISF, the AAI, the BCAS, and the airlines, to develop and implement security policies and procedures. I also monitor and evaluate the service levels and force management of the security staff, and conduct risk assessment and mitigation for the airport\'s infrastructure and systems. In addition, I have acquired multiple certifications in cybersecurity and digital marketing, which enable me to enhance the security and visibility of the airport\'s online platforms and systems. I am motivated by the challenge and responsibility of ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of the airport, and I aspire to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
