ABOUT ARJUN BANWAIT
Hi i’m Arjun Banwait, a recent graduate of York University with a degree in Honours Human Resources Management (BHRM) from the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies program. I am currently pursuing my CHRP Certificate and seeking meaningful opportunities within the HR field. To me, Human Resources is fundamental to every organization and I thrive on the challenges it presents. My goal is to contribute effectively to the HR profession and advance my career within the corporate sector. As an Allocation Intern at Footlocker Canada, I collaborated with merchandisers in the Men\'s Footwear division, supporting inventory management and merchandising strategies to optimize product distribution and drive sales all at the corporate office. My current role is a Human Resource Coordinator with the Auto Finance Team, contributing my expertise on a seasonal basis to support key HR functions and drive team success on a contract basis. My professional journey began at a young age and over the years, I have accumulated extensive experience across various roles, each contributing to my understanding of the necessary skills and qualifications for success in this field. In addition to completing my degree, I pursued and obtained my real estate salesperson & broker licenses, accumulating five years of experience with RE/MAX. This experience has honed my skills in communication, organization, and time management, which are essential for effectively engaging with both employees and clients.
