ABOUT ARJUN ANIL

Arjun Anil is a Veterinary Intern from India currently pursuing his Bachelor’s in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry( BVSc & AH) degree at College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Thrissur, India where he has engaged in both clinical caseworks and research driven activities. Arjun has occupied leadership positions at a local, national and global level in the International Veterinary Students Association( IVSA) where he also served as the one health ambassador for the Standing Committee on One health( SCOH). He represented the country’s delegation at the 73rd IVSA Congress & Symposium in Denmark & Indonesia respectively. He is a strong orator with great professionalism and had delivered numerous presentations at local and national level. He also won the award for the best budding vet for delivering a presentation on the impact of Animal health on one health and National security. He is a proactive learner and frequently attends workshops, continuing Professional development programmes and conferences. Arjun also addressed the ongoing prevalence of AMR in small animals at the ISOHA Conference in Zurich,Switzerland. A strong advocate for integrating Veterinary medicine into broader public health discussions, Arjun combines his clinical insight with a commitment to global collaboration, policy awareness, and sustainable solutions to animal and human health challenges.
