Work and Responsibilities Attending regularly in routine check up of all equipment and units to ensure that they are functioning properly in accordance with standard operating procedure and conditions. Starting, checking and stopping pumps locally according to instructions or in case of emergency. Collecting oil and produced water samples to measure the water cut in oil and pass the samples to the laboratory for analysis like BS & W and PTB. Changing wells in to test seperator everyday and give the test report to CPF. Unloading chemicals(PPD, Demulsifier and corrosion- inhibitor) into chemical injection pumps as required. Every midnight taking and calculating chemical tank readings (PPD, Demulsifier,Corrosion inhibitor ).
